Beyond the sea...And, into Deadspace's phone.

Well, well, well. Look what we've got here...A sexy, sexy Bioshock theme for android phones. God damn, my nipples are getting all tingly and shit. But, uh, yeah. As you guys can tell probably, you're getting the lazy, ball scratching Deadspace today. Which means I'm just going to post something silly that I had fun with. A few weeks back I decided I was getting pretty tired of my dull, drab phone set up and wanted to spice things up a bit. After looking around for a bit, I came across a wonderful program called Nova Launcher which made things much, much easier to mess with.

You can find Nova Launcher on the play store for free. That app allows you to edit all of your icons and change them to whatever you want, basically. That was the easy part of this whole thing though. The rest was a pain in my fucking taint. And, not just like a small pinching pain, but like someone took a dental drill and just drilled into my chocolate starfish. All of the icons besides the KOTOR one can be found on the Bioshock FANDOM page, however, they're all quite separated and it took me around 3-4 hours to find every single one since their system is a pretty huge fucking mess to sort through. The KOTOR icon I only got thanks to a helpful person over on Reddit, however, it matches fucking perfectly which is nice.

If you're on the IOS there are ways to do something like this as well and in more depth even, but it's way more complicated as well and probably would take you a pretty hefty amount of time in comparison to what I had to deal with. Either way, this is just some silly shit to entertain myself and give my phone a better aesthetic. Was it worth all of the time I had to sink into it to do it? Eh, probably. But, I'm also a potato so I'm not sure how much my time really counts for anymore.

I'm probably going to tweak this over time and make it better when I can. I'd love to find a better background image of Rapture, ideally I would love an animated background of some kind but I can only imagine how much that would molest my phone battery. Another option I've considered was adding a water effect to the phone when you unlock it and press down on the screen. However, that too is pretty scuffed and I haven't been able to find a good quality app that is stable and doesn't look like a moist dilapidated asshole. At some point I would like to do a Fallout themed layout, but I would have to see what kind of icons I can get my hands on. I guess we'll see what I can dig up.

Anyways, thanks for stopping by to let me nerd out a bit over something silly. If you decide you want to do this to your phone and need any help, just leave a comment down below and I'll try to assist you for only the small flat fee of 3.5 Steem per answer. Trust me, it's totally cool, and totally safe. with it, whorebutts. Hope you enjoyed the mediocre content until I can feel more inspired to write about something more interesting. Take care!
