Retro Game Night

in gaming •  6 years ago  (edited)

A few weeks ago I rushed home from work to walk the dog and then get out the door to attend Acadia University's Retro Game Night extravaganza. There were coding events, guest speakers and even a "museum" of retro game consoles. With pizza and pop and retro game tournaments on the go, the atmosphere was festive-like.

I took a few pics of the retro game consoles for those of you who might have grown up on some of these machines. Joysticks, floppy disks, and other rarities could be seen again or for the very first time.

Feast your eyes on this amazing collection!

Next time, maybe I'll share with you some of my favorite sci-fi movies from back in the '80s as well.

Hope you enjoyed!
