When playing Final Fantasy games and other RPGs, I always wonder where the summoned creatures come from. Are they animals and beings that get snatched away from their ordinary lives in other realms? Are they created from thin air to serve the summoner for a brief span before vanishing back into the ether? Are they mercenaries on call for some interdimensional military contractor? Mysteries! This was drawn in Art Academy: Sketchpad on the Wii U.

Thanks @edouard! :D The funny thing is that some of them (like the dremoras in the Elder Scrolls games) can even talk. And yet none of them ever say "Where am I? Who are you? What's going on?" They always just leap into battle without hesitation. Trippy!
