Allowing players to pair different Switches and physically map out minigames, gaming's best party game just got a whole lot more accessible. It is set for release on October 5, 2018.

Fortnite

Possibly the biggest and least surprising announcement from Nintendo was that Epic Games' insanely popular Fortnite is coming to Nintendo Switch. The best news is that it's available right now for free on the Nintendo eShop.

Overcooked 2

Overcooked 2 is expanding on everything the first game did well. The multiplayer madness is doubled as players can go online with up to four players. They are introducing more levels (kitchens), more chefs and more recipes. It is available for the Nintendo Switch on August 7, 2018.

Fire Emblem Three Houses

A new Fire Emblem game was announced for Switch. The turn based RPG puts a new strategic twist on battling. Players can experience the new tactical Fire Emblem gameplay in Spring 2019.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

The most highly anticipated game from Nintendo's library, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate had heaps of details confirmed. The biggest announcement was that every fighter in all of Smash is playable, with 44 confirmed. They are also confirmed some new maps, such as New Donk City from Mario Odyssey, Moray Towers from Splatoon, and the Great Plateau Tower from Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Nintendo confirmed some minor gameplay tweaks that are sure to go a long way on the competitive stage, like changes to Smash attacks, dodging and short hopping. They ended the 25 minute reveal segment with the announcement of their first new fighter, Ridley from Metroid.

Killer Queen Black

This intense 2D action/strategy game looks to bring some quick fun to the Switch library. With up to 8 player multiplayer, this console reimagining of the eSport Killer Queen is available in Winter, 2018.

Octopath Traveller

The gorgeous 2.5D RPG from Square Enix announced some details about the gameplay. Looking reminiscent of the old 2D Final Fantasy games, Octopath Traveller tells eights interwoven stories where players control eight unique characters. The beautiful soundtrack and art direction look like this is a return to form for Square Enix. Players can play one of these characters' stories in the demo. Octopath Traveler is available from the Nintendo eShop on July 13, 2018.

Pokemon: Let's Go!

Some new details emerged about Pokemon: Let's Go!, which confirmed much of what players already suspected. Designed as a highly accessible Pokemon for people who haven't kept up with the series, Pokemon: Let's Go! focuses on the original 151 Pokemon. The biggest announcement is that the new Poke Ball Plus accessory already comes with a Pokemon inside. This Pokemon is the legendary Mew. Pokemon: Let's Go! Pikachu and Eevee are out on November 16, 2018.

E3 was really good this year man. They announced all the games that I wanted and I haven't felt this hyped in years.

How good was Sony! I can't wait to play some of the games but my only concern is that I won't have the time haha! Glad to see you around mate!

Sony's press conference was really good.

This is my list for 2019 games:
Resident evil 2 remake
The last of us part 2
Devil may cry 5
Ghost of tsushima
Nioh 2
Shadows die twice
Control
Spider man

Definitely will keep us busy. Especially Resident Evil 2! A solid remake imo haha

I was only truly hyped about Smash just like a lot of us were, overall I'm excited as fuck for it to come out!! Going to be insane playing a full smash game wherever you go with the switch...don't really count smash for the 3DS. It's so awesome they're bringing everyone back! And all the old stages! My only gripe is they didn't include Waluigi. I thought he deserved a spot over someone like Daisy who is an "echo character". Yuge missed opportunity.

Yup, lots of people are definitely hyped for Smash thats for sure. Maybe the missing characters will be added evnetually (hopefully not as paid dlc haha...).

Thanks for visiting!

If they wanna do paid dlc like in smash 4 Ill give em my money! Especially if they're cool characters like cloud and Ryu that adapt well

Ahh yes, if they add Ryu... Take my money indeed! haha
