VGA boxes have been around since the dawn of the Dreamcast. They are a dime a dozen. The best (and most expensive) VGA box to get is the Toro because in addition to VGA it also has an RGB SCART output that it can send 480p through. It also has a toggle that will send 480i-only games out the SCART or the VGA but it will shimmer a little. Still better than not being able to play the games. Also it has an adjustable scanline feature if you're into fake scanlines. There are companies working on a direct Component video solution and there are also HDMI cables out there for the Dreamcast as well.
