Fellow Steemian Summoners,
we are done with the 3rd day of the play-in group stage, and what a day it was.
The most surprising team (except Gambits failure) is the 1907 Fenerbahce Espor.
They were the underdogs against Hong Kong Attitude, but with a back-to-back baron steal (mm sweet mystery gifts incoming) and good teamwork they could finish their first game of Worlds with a W.
Interesting, that Padden almost threw the game couple of times - once he jumped in with Tristana in the face of 4 enemys, but in the end his overly aggressive play-style paid out apparently. He had the chance to get a penta in the first game, but couldn't really catch all people from the HKA, but guess what!
On their second game this guy had a Pentakill with Kog'Maw against Rampage. - just imagine how high in the sky this guys self-esteem should be right now. Crash should be mentioned as well, for his first baron steal, it really kept them alive! They ended up with 2-0 sitting on the top of group D.
Rampage was expected to be the surprise team of 2017 Worlds, but so far Fenerbahce takes that title!
