@pandorasbox had found both permanent items but because of being on vacation, was not able to grab the items fast enough and others took them! Quite a few players didn't compete for the axe and simply helped out (very kind of them).
This game is essentially over, but you are welcome to kill off the last of the zombies (only 1 spawned this time).

Objective: Walk everywhere to find the 4 hidden items that can be used in future games. Regular searches can still be performed to find in-game items as usual. In order to find the special items you only need to enter the room the item is located in.

Players can see a spreadsheet with their inventory and health here:
