Today, according to steemstory.com by @roelandp, I celebrate my 1 month anniversary on Steemit! By entering my name there, I had the confirmation that I joined on August 19. Coincidentally, a month later to the day, I’ve reached the 100 followers marked! Sharing what I found in here.

Still, let me try to make up for the botched introductions by leading you toward some of the beginner’s helps that were very useful during my first fin strokes in this white and blue sea. Text editing or formatting is the basics of decent posting. Another way to embellish your writings and thus to attract readers is by putting photos in your work. My favourite site for image hosting is called steemimg.com by @blueorgy.

Now I have used the word fun more than once so far and getting to this point you might start to be tempted to say: ''well, were is the real fun @heroic15397? And if by real fun, games is what was meant, we are coming to it.

The most popular play interaction on Steemit is probably the Steemit Photo Challenge by @jamtaylor.

Another one putting people's skills to the test is the Steemit Crypto Challenge by @timsaid.

Writing and hunting talents have also been used for games purposes on the platform with the storytelling Alpha Game runned by a collective led by @dwinblood and Steem Global by @echoesinthemind taking treasure hunting to all corners of the world.

If you don't care for skills, but are only into games of chance, you'll be happy to learn there is the Steem Global lottery by @echoesinthemind. Talking about luck, whenever you need a diceroll on Steemit, don't be affraid to call in @dicebot by @raymonjohnstone.
