I love the old beat em up games
my favorites are street fighter 2 turbo for super nintendo
all the turtle games
mortal combat for N64 was reall cool too
currently my favorite one is super smash bros brawl, but the old ones my top favorite.

    lol Those are not the types of Beat Em Ups I was talking about but all of those are amazing games....I watch the tournaments for all of those games....especially Street Fighter 2 Turbo
