Wintereenmas 2019 wrapup

Anyone with kids knows its definitely not an easy job to try to organize/plan/run events.

No different for this mother, trying to figure out the process along the way when it comes to team management. This year is the beginning of hopefully many more years of family/friend game time.

It was the first year #TeamManaUp had teamed up with NB local hobby shop for prizes, as well as developped a roster of #GameMasters to extend our network through as many games as possible.

Making the best of our situation and circumstances we feel we have begun our own traditions, games and opened up new possibilities for the future of our guild in partnership with our individuals and our local communities around the globe.

Its been a giant reminder of where we are as individuals trying to make ripples out there on the pond of life. How Money, and status dictate a lot of our power and influences, yes this is true, but also that KINDNESS and friendship are the most valuable currencies we as individuals can posses, and share.

Anyone can buy friends, or employees but I find something so meaningful from a connection that has people wanting to build a shared vision together.

This year we want to define what who is @teammanaup what are they about?

For now, I need to focus on defining my owm journey, so we can continue to fund and grow to share what individually is possible.
