Best sega classic games

Only for the kids of the 90's

Gaming industry developed in tandem and in proportion with the technical expansion , and so the industry is that probably the fastest developing in the world .
Simple games on consoles , in the beginning and mate, usually served to kill boredom , and frantically clicking and strumming joystick and keyboard had a guaranteed anti - stress effect.
Nowadays kids are asking many questions about old games, but when you show them how it was, they don't show any interest.
Their reactions are-" how can you play this ?'' or "it's boring, the graphics suck." and my personal favorite "why are they so hard to play?"
As they are growing up in an different era i understand them, but they'll never know the pleasure and sorrow we had back in the day.

No matter how good games will become in the future I'll always play these here and there because they were only games and when you play them you play for fun and fun only.

Prepare your fingers

-Comix Zone-

What would happen if the author of the comic found trapped in his own work from which he must find way out, and by the way to prevent a dangerous villain becomes the ruler of the world ? Try this game and you will find out ...

Fight and numerous short... but good enough adventure elements, require from the player how best to cross a barrier.

-Vectorman-

The main character vectorman. The year is 2049, and earth is so poluted that mankind decides to leave temporarily and leave behind "Orbot" type robots to clean up. Vectorman replaces the broom with a gun and thwarts the plans of the evil warhead and his army who wants to take over the earth.
The game is strictly two-dimensional, but based on the physiognomy of the main character and modern architecture we can sense a slight hint of 3D.

-Sonic The Hedgehog 2-

Released over a year after the first game and brought Tails into the story, a two-tailed fox who follows Sonic in his footsteps and helps him to collect rings.
The game has 11 levels(worlds), each containing two levels and slightly larger than in the original game.
The gameplay is accelerated by adding a new move when Sonic rotated in and launches like balls in a pinball machine , also the optional split screen and 3D bonus levels.
Another novelty is that Sonic can become Super Sonic if he manages to collect all seven gems with bonus levels.

-Aladdin-

Jumping on sand dunes, stalls and streets of Agrabah ( fictional city based on the motives of medieval Baghdad ), brandishing a sabre ( oriental double-edged knife with a curved blade ) and throwing apples,
from the start you are set on the path to your sworn enemy, the grand wazir and the evil sorcerer Jafar.

-Boogerman-

Since this is a classic platform game, the story isn't in the first place.
Professor Stinkbaum using his new invention attempts to solve the problem of pollution and elimination of waste from Earth, sending him into another dimension.
Of course, things go wrong and our Boogerman goes to the dimension X to save the human race.
Here we come to the most interesting part, the way how Boogie eliminates his enemies. Primary weapons are boogers, and more efficient are burps and "dangerous gas" which can also be used for flying.
Other elements are standard : collecting different items, search the passage and kill more or less dangerous monsters .

-Contra: Hard Corps-

As usual in the Contra series, the objective of the game to reach the end of each stage, shoot at every enemy that gets in the way, and fight the boss awaiting at the end.
While most of the game have the character walking on foot, certain stages have the player riding a Motoroid, a hoverbike that can transform into an ostrich-like robot.
Unlike previous Contra games, which featured overhead segments in addition to the regular side-view stages, all the stages in Hard Corps retains the standard side-view perspective for most of the game.
Another difference is the player can now choose between one of four unique player characters.

-The Lion King-

The story of Disney's lion king is well known so we'll get to the game itself.
When the upper left bar is full your lion cubb can flip or freeze almost any enemy. Those are plenty - insects, vultures, chameleons, spiders, frogs and gnus. in the right corner is the energy bar which is filled by collecting bugs, some of them are also harmful to your health.
_The game has 10 levels, none of them are naive as you may assume, most of them put your reflexes to the test and the occasional riddle tickles your brain cells quite a bit._Over the course of the game the simba learns how to outsmart a hyena, use geysers and ride ostriches.

-Haunting Starring Polterguy-

The main protagonist and player character, Polterguy, is a rebellious punk teenager who was killed in an accident involving defective skateboards manufactured by business mogul Vito Sardini and his corporation.
Polterguy seeks revenge by haunting Vito's home and tormenting him and his family.
The player's task is to scare each family member out of the house by possessing various household objects through the use of colored indicators called "Fright 'ems".
These are shiny indicators on objects that allows the player to know what objects in the houses are available to haunt.
To activate these, Polterguy must jump into the object.

-Fatal Fury 2-

Sequel to Fatal Fury: King of Fighters and the second game in the Fatal Fury franchise. Its updated version, Fatal Fury Special, was released in 1993.
There is some kind of interaction with the environment so on some levels you can throw opponents on electricity , a clock gear or a stampede of bulls.
The battles are won by winning two rounds with a possible double ko (another little originality of fatal fury) or a mutual knockout.
After each round points are obtained for the remaining amount of energy and (by default the round is 60 seconds) if you play in two you'll need to win two straight rounds.
The music is surprisingly good with a couple of really nice themes what is certainly commendable , you could even say that this is a game with one of the most beautiful soundtracks on the whole gaming system.

-Ecco the Dolphin-

For all lovers of underwater adventure.
You play as Ecco, a dolphin whose family was washed away by a mysterious storm.
Ecco begins the search and along the way encounters various obstacles and puzzles you must solve. Although created in 1992 the game is rich in colors and carefully detailed flora and fauna.
