Pavlov VR - Episode 0 - how do i do anything in this game?

watching this "Episode" might be wasting your time, also this "Episode" is only for Dtube / Steemit xD
unless you like me stumbling around confused (with tracking problems,had to reset the "room")
not finding a menu button
some "behind the scenes" stuff
and yea, i dont know why that thing on the left side is..maybe its not made for the vive Pro? resolution?
going "hmmm" and "aha" for 20min... xD
mostly figuring stuff out on my own here...
i knew how to reload the big gun because, in normal "CS" the reload for this gun is slow and you'll see the animation 100% every time xD
pressing all buttons trying to open a menu.. "i cant do anything" xD
also for me the game does not like to be closed via steam, it just wont close i have to restart steam VR / Vive every time
to close the game, if you exit the game via the Exit in the ingame - menu then its fine
im not sure but i think this is the first game...maybe in forever where i couldn't even open / find the F-king menu without looking in a forum or Discussion to find the combination.....
keep in mind the game is in "Early Access"
i just find it odd that some stuff in the menu isn't working or not a good tutorial yet
the game is out since 27.2.2017, even i know how to make a menu with functions in Unity or Unreal Engine its not that hard xD

but because he doesn't have a VR Headset...he just gifted me this game to check it out for him, wtf xD
before i try this again on video i have to learn how to.. you know, get mags for my guns and learn aiming...
