CSC: Space MMO - Oct. 5, 2020

Today CSC announced that the latest Star Trek event is coming to a close on Oct. 15, 2020.

Lucid Sight made an announcement on Steam this afternoon, 10/05/2020, so that leaves us with 10 days left for a chance to aquire Star Trek ships and/or skins in the new CSC: Space MMO (Crypto Space Commanders)

For those of you who do not know, CSC is the new MMORPG that has an ethereum based economy, player run economy, everything is player crafted, uncapped crafting system, massive open world sandbox pvp/pve/exploration, and a great community.

The past couple of weeks I have been covering CSC on my crypto blog since they are so related I thought you guys might enjoy.

There are a couple of events going on right now where you can earn some pretty sick rewards, including actual licensed Star Trek ships, so lets take a dive.

Star Trek Skins & Ships

Lets be honest, we all want a Star Trek ship.

These are the ships that make you feel like a rad astronaut every time you log in.

Ever heard of the USS Enterprise? Its possible to fly one in this game!

For a very limited time you can participate in a Dutch auction to get a big boy ship because there are still a couple left that are going if you check out the CSC website:

In order to earn Star Trek skins you are going to want to be on the look out for missions that pay "Divergence Shards" as quest rewards.

There are kill missions and delivery missions for these and you will be turning them in at Rift Station in EQ Pegasi.

The rewards will range in value from 50 Divergence Shards to 500.

You are going to want a ship with a good size cargo hold in order to take the 500 divergence shard delivery missions but you can do like I did and make multiple trips if you are still in a smaller ship like I was.

You will find a good source of these 100 - 500 divergence shard delivery missions in the Rigel system at the Apollo and Nebula stations.

If deliveries are not your thing then you can do kill missions right there in EQ Pegasi. These will range from about 50 - 250 divergence shards and some can be done in corsair ships as long as you have a little range on your guns (500+ GU works).

There are even 2 very big kill missions where you get to fly to the Rifts and kill a Klingon Sarcophagus and Birds of Prey.

The good thing about doing the rifts is that each time you contribute more than 20% hull damage to a Bird of Prey or Sarc then you have a chance of getting a loot can with the skin of that ship in it.

Be warned that the rift will spawn as many ships as there are players in the system with the mission so its best to group up to do these kill missions if you can.

Once you have done your missions you need to take all of your shards to Rift Station (the place where you should be getting most of the shards and storing them).

Once in Rift Station in the EQ Pegasi system with your fat cache of divergence shards you can now turn them in for a chance at some nice rewards.

You aren't guaranteed a Star Trek skin but every time you turn in 1k shards you get a chance of earning 1 skin. Now if you save up 25 skins you can go to the same offers tab and redeem them for the actual Star Trek ship of that skin.
