I don't have anything interesting to say about Segira today. Instead, I'm going to talk about someone else's work.
I've mentioned Spire (affiliate link), a punk-themed fantasy roleplaying game a few times, and I highly recommend it, but it has come to my attention that the people behind Spire have made another game recently.
It's not quite as full-fledged as Spire, but it's a free tie-in to Sunless Skies, a video game by Failbetter Games, the makers of Fallen London. It's worth a look if you're just looking for a quick game or to get a feel for the style of game that Rowan, Rook, and Decard make. It's also a great "Spire-lite" (alongside the Spire quick-start adventure) experience, though it's set in the more "weird gothic" universe of Failbetter Games' creations rather than "drow punk" of Spire.
One of the things that I find really interesting about Skyfarer is how it ties into the mechanics of Fallen London and Sunless Seas/Skies without really giving up its core mechanic.
The game is very narrative-driven, hearkening back to the interactive fiction roots of Failbetter Games, and while it's not terribly complex it does give some really cool opportunities to really play a character and doesn't require a whole lot of experience with tabletop roleplaying game conventions to get into. I find it to be a little better than most other "narrative-driven" games, however, because I like the conceptualization of it and the speed and clarity with which it presents mechanics. You can play a distinctive character with clear mechanical advantages, and you can do it with only about a half-hour at most of setup time (I'm guessing here, but I'm extrapolating from similar games).
It really hits that niche between board games and tabletop roleplaying games that I would consider sort of a gateway game, so you could totally whip it out at game night and not have people look at you like you're an alien or anything.
You can find it at Tabletop Gaming, if you want to give it a shot.

Sound interesting. And I like the image with its mixture of Art Nouveau/Art Déco and mashine element - that's well made :)

RRD's work tends to be visually stunning. I don't know who they have doing their layout, but they do a great job on it.
It turns out that they actually made their Resistance system free under a CC-BY license, so we'll potentially see a Loreshaper Games-branded knock-off soon.
This isn't quite under that system, but it's close enough that you can see the family relationship.
