Hearts of Stone, in overall is better expansion. Blood and wine offers new places but HoS have a specyfic story. And story of expansion is inspired by polish legend: Mr. Twardowski - Twardowski sold his soul to the devil in exchange for wisdom and magic.

Gaunter O'Dimm - Mr. Mirror is similar to Walter o'Dim from Stephen King books series called: Dark Tower :D
