4.) Minecraft (2011) Minecraft is one of the best-selling video games of all time, so you would have to be living under a rock as a gamer to have never come across it. You can create anything you want and this lets the artist in you come out and show the world what you can do.

3.) Super Mario 64 (1996)
Why: Mario is one of the most known titles, but anyone can tell you this might be the best game in the franchise. This is an open world Mario game with different worlds that you can go to by jumping through paintings. Each world contains a star. There are 120 stars to find so this game will keep you playing for hours on end.

2.) Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (1998)
Why: Everyone has their favorite Zelda game, but Ocarina of Time encompasses the best features from the glorified series. It has a wonderful and beautiful open world with castles, townspeople, dungeons, and even CHICKENS!!! lol. The puzzles are not too hard in the game but they are not easy either, they will give your brain some work. This game has plenty of hours of over so check it out.

1.) Pokémon X and Y (2013)
Why: Whether you are a kid or an adult, with this franchise that never seemed to matter. Pokémon has been around for the longest time and now that most of the kids that watched the anime or played the game when it first came out have a chance to relive that. This game feels like the original but in 3D. I do not believe Pokémon will ever stop growing and expanding.
