There have been a lot of great games when you talk about dark fantasy setting of Warhammer, very popular games right now are CO OP first person action game Vermintide 2 and epic strategy game Total War: Warhammer. Both games rock and you can spend many hours playing them. However, there is one gaming genre that never explored Warhammer fantasy, that genre is an ARPG like Diablo and Path of Exile. Chaosbane is here to fill that ARPG gap and the game in it's early stages looks great. The story will take us at the end of the first Chaos war in the heart of the Empire invaded by the Chaos hordes.
There will be 4 playable classes available, Empire Soldier, Dwarf Slayer, High Elf Mage and Wood Elf Archer, although the classes seem generic you need to remember this is the first Warhammer ARPG. I'm a huge fan of ARPGs and Warhammer fantasy setting, I hope they make this one right. There are few upcoming ARPG titles worth mentioning like another Grim Dawn expansion, Wolcen possible release, together with Chaosbane there will be plenty of new ARPGs to play. The game is coming out in early 2019 on consoles and PC.
Sh*t, if they make this right, this could be a very good game. Glad it's on PC also, I'll try to follow how this game develops.

It can be played in co op also, so it should be interesting. There are a lot of gameplay videos on youtube if you want to check it out.
I'm waiting for the next DLC for another round of Total War Warhammer, them Vampire Pirates should be interesting. Arrrr
