In Madrid 1991 Antarctic-Environmental Protocol opened for signature on October 4, 1991 and entered into force on January 14, 1998 . It states that protection of the Antarctic environment as a wilderness with aesthetic and scientific value shall be a "fundamental consideration" of activities in the area.also any activity relating to mineral resources, other than scientific research, shall be prohibited.

In 2048 the USA is in real conflict with Russia and Germany it can reach to armies conflict just because Antarctic and its oil . Didn't I tell you that Antarctic may have 200 billions oil barrels. Hey stop what about Antarctic-Environmental Protocol ?. I am sorry this section in the protocol will be deleted because this Protocol will be revised in this year .

But why why did they opened it for signature if the would delete it ?

It is because Greenhouse gases these gases which causes Global Warming as we know this will increase the earth temperature so the ice will melt then mining will be very easy in Antarctic . also I don't need to tell you the a complete country will be deleted from the map like Tuvalu. countries will lose 50 % of its income and economic crisis will happen more starvings more wars. but wait this could have been ended
