NEXT LEVEL TOKEN UPDATE: SEC REGISTRATION, UPCOMING BLOCKCHAIN GAMES AND MORE!

Hello Everyone,

With so much to look forward to with Next Level Token, we’re providing an update on the status of what’s happening behind the scenes. In the 3 months since we’ve launched, we’ve gained 77,000+ followers on Facebook; although our Twitter has seen much less love. Our team is growing and we have received an investment of an amount we cannot publicly disclose yet ;D. In addition, NLT will have a base value of 25 cents to mimic the classic arcades of yesteryear. This value will increase as more fans come on board. Although the site is still currently under renovation, there are still a lot of exciting things happening in the background that will cement NLT as a gaming publisher.

SEC REGISTRATION
We are currently moving through the process of registering with the Securities and Exchange Commision. This process comes with a hefty legal cost, however, it is required if we wish to ensure the safety of both the token and our fans as regulatory scopes change. It will also require us to follow formal protocols and submit to annual audits.

In short, Next Level Token will be a regulated, SEC approved American token. We believe that a high level of transparency will keep things cleaner and fans happier. We are expecting a completion date, for the registration, of April 2018.

UPCOMING BLOCKCHAIN BLOCKBUSTERS
What’s a gaming token without games? We’re making sure to put product quality first when it comes to our development. We currently have 3 HUGE games in the pipeline that everyone will love:

VR TACTICS

VR Tactics is 3DVR strategy game that draws inspiration from the Advance Wars series. New mechanics and units have been added, bringing completely new dynamics to the game. Players will face off in intense turn-based battles. The winner leaves with a token prize. VR Tactics is currently our main focus and a beta will soon be released. The game will look graphically impressive, bringing a professional look to blockchain gaming.

VR Tactics will also be amongst the first Blockchain games to hit the console market, with the Nintendo Switch being a primary target. We are also planning on releasing the game to the GameCredits mobile platform(Shoutout to GameCredits). VR Tactics will be released alongside our SEC Approval.

BLOCK BATTLERS

Here at Next Level Token, we take blockchain literacy seriously. That’s why we’re creating a fun game that allows users to gain an abstract understanding on smart contracts and how programming on the blockchain works.

In the game, all users are given their very own Bot that they must put together through code. Users can collect different parts and face other users in robot battle. The game’s style will be in a low-poly, kid friendly format with a narrative that walks users through how everything works. An alpha of the game is currently being developed and a release date will be announced.

Block Battlers will also be presented to various schools to introduce children to programming, the blockchain and the future.

THE RAP GAME

There can only be one champion. Take the crown. The Rap Game is a 3D fighter being developed for desktop and mobile platforms. Players will be able to pick from artists like Ty Law, DJ Khaled and Denzel Curry. Combat will be fast paced with each artist bringing a specific moveset and playstyle.

The Rap Game is being created in collaboration with Hip Hop lyricist Ty Law; it will be marketed to his 500,000+ Facebook followers. The Rap Game draws inspiration from classic fighters like Street Fighter and Def Jam.

An alpha demo is slated for 2018.

EXCHANGES
This is something everyone wants to know; when will we be available for exchanges? The first thing we’re going to focus on is Product quality. Think about it this way: Before we’ve even launched our flagship title, we’ve gained 77,000+ fans. When we follow through with the release of the VR Tactics beta, this number will skyrocket. With the release of a strong title, we’ll see transactions quickly follow. And where there are transactions, there is value.

In short, getting onto an exchange isn’t our current focus because it will be a byproduct of following through and creating great games.

WALLET
Last and certainly not least, the NLT Wallet is currently being developed and will most likely be ready in January. Fans will be able to manage their tokens, keep up the latest on NLT games and play daily mini games to win more tokens.
