i do really believe in what you have written cause when i was in Juba from South Sudan in 2002, i saw something that scared the day lights out of me! in the distance cliff ahead of me.my beam of light was flashing directly into the face of what looked like a bearded old man! it looked as if he was moving with a rock cliff looking down at me. i took a zeal to flash the light once again toward the cliff. Indeed there was no sign of old bearded man, but an old empty deadly rock. I had somehow believed myself wrong , but within a Nike of a time, i saw the same thing brightening and sparkling like more than wires of a disconnected electricity. my common sense told me that maybe, the government was under chemical engineering in that place but it was an answer of doubt. A little while, it looked as if nothing had transpired there. no evidence of work every thought in vain. i took off only to read your story which tells me about my first appearance.
