Vulcanus is master Enhance Item and Vulcanus is a very famous person in the game Atlantica and Every player who comes to make an item from him and he Enhancing it does apply only 1 principle: SUCCESS or FAIL. Successful means the item is incremented 1+, fail means destroyed. If the Enhance result is a failure, the equipment you Enhance will be destroyed and you cannot retrieve it again.
He can make you rich and poor,, If you suscces enhance your item +10 or legendary, you rich man
and if the enhance result is a failure, you poor man
