So, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is getting remastered. This is great news for the whole community. Now, I am going to write this like Modern Warfare 2 Remastered is getting the multiplayer, because I don't believe Activision would take out the multiplayer.

I'm Torn on this Game...

Modern Warfare 2 is some of the most fun I've ever had on a video game. If we were getting a carbon copy of the game with better graphics and dedicated servers, I would buy it in an instant. The problem is, this will probably not be the case. See, all of the Call of Duty games since Advanced Warfare have had loot boxes in them. Even Call of Duty 4 Remastered has loot boxes, and they said that game would be untouched. I really don't want to play another casino, because Call of Duty 4 Remastered was the worst of it, and Modern Warfare 2 Remastered could be worse.

If we take away loot boxes, I am totally okay with getting a remastering Modern Warfare 2. The game is still really fun, but I never got to play it in it's prime. Getting a chance to experience the game in all it's glory would be one of the best things in the world.

Should the Developers Nerf Things?

We all know about the Noob Tubes and the Over-Powered Famas in Modern Warfare 2. However, I really don't think the developers should nerf anything. While those things get annoying, they add to the charm of the game, and allow noobs to feel like they are actually doing something in the game. Beyond that, if you earn the Over-Powered killstreaks, it feels awesome. The killstreaks really add to the experience, and nerfing them would be horrible for the game.
