I think I was supposed to take things easy yesterday...
Thing is, it was a sunday and on sundays, my Guild Wars 2 server (Piken Square) always hosts multiple World vs World raids. Pre-coffee raid, coffee raid and yesterday, there was a post-coffee raid aswell.
So I basically played WvW for 5-6 hours straight... Oops!
My head was not happy with me after that. I still have to learn this whole 'All things in moderation' thing. But boy was I happy to just be home with no other plans and able to do whatever I wanted. A nice change from all the social necessities.
Our coffee raid is always filled to the brim with fellow WvW players, so we usually get plenty of nice, big fights. Even before that, we had big fights on the Eternal Battlegrounds, fighting two other servers in Stonemist Castle. The castle is a great place for big fights, because on EB, many people tend to fight over it. Mostly getting those big fights is the most important thing there, instead of owning the castle. Atleast for us it is, because my server loves fighting most of all.
Sometimes capturing the castle is kinda necessary aswell, because once a team holds it for too long and manages to upgrade it to its max, they'll get a waypoint in the castle, meaning they can teleport right in the middle of the map, which makes it a lot easier to launch an attack on enemies.
I stuck around a little too long after the raid I think. Our numbers started dwindling and our commander was a little too focused on uneven fights, being surprised we kept on dying. He's a good commander, around a lot, but can have a bit too much of a focus on this. Most players aren't happy to keep slamming their heads against a wall.
Oh well, I had a lot of fun yesterday, but I'm taking a break today. I was so tired afterwards and a little mad at myself for pushing through it for too long.

I'm glad you had a good Sunday, with those 5 or 6 hours of play it was good, when the game is good those hours go by quickly. Greetings.

From what you say, you like this game a lot, I have an anecdote and I'll tell you about it: Some time ago it was a Friday around 4:00 pm and I started playing a game which I liked a lot, the hours passed and I didn't realize it , in one of those I get up to stretch my legs a little and when I look at the sky, I see that it was a little clear, then I will check the time, and it was 6:15 am, I had spent more than 12 hours playing and no I had noticed. When I like a game, I lose track of time. Thanks for sharing.
