Well they went with the lowest bidder I think so the paper and ink quality is just bad. Some of the card Honestly look pixelated, and the holographic parts often don't stay glued onto the backs well.
But that's what happens when it's 30 packs of 5 cards for basically less than 15 bucks. The cards are super cheap so the quality is low. Pokémon Korea isn't known for making quality products.
Ah, man. That's a pretty big bummer. Never knew about that, but it's a shame that they basically just print them from garbage. Really surprised that Korea of all places has such low quality cards when places like Mexico also have just as good of quality stuff that Germany produces.
