Nintendo's original Game Boy Advance is a fantastic system, but it has a flaw. Without a back-light it's almost impossible to see the screen. Today I check out 8 Bit Evolution's custom Game Boy Advance with a backlit display. Does it stand up?

lol, it's actually kind of funny because it's true the screen was so unbearably hard to see in any environment with the slightest bit of brightness that the next model of the Gameboy Advance was the SP and they made sure to put a backlight on that sucker! It drained the battery hours too early but I remember as a child that as long as I carried my charger around it didn't matter much anyway! It was all worth it to be able to play Zelda in the middle of summer when I was constantly being told to go outside and play haha! Good memories! :)

Well GBA was the first system I emulated on PC... It may have been a bad move legally(?) but it's one of the reasons I'm a gamer right now. And you could call it the main reason I'm in love with
anything/most of what Nintendo does!!GBA was a great handheld!!
