Question....you said you CAN put the border on. But is there a way to get the complete screen? I imagine no because the retro games were configured for the old tube sets.

You can't get the whole screen unless your TV wants to stretch out a 4:3 image to 16:9. The games look best in pixel-perfect mode IMO. Every pixel is then a perfect square, the way the designers drew the games. Funny that we didn't get this option on VC.
