In this episode we finally perform our first Covert Operation, and encounter tons of EXALT soldiers, which is convenient because we can sell their guns to try and keep the lights on because, drumroll please, we're broke again!
Of course, we do have a council report in this episode, so they solve our funding problem, only for us to realize that we've run out of alloys. Even worse, the aliens decided to snub us, and won't send any UFOs for us to shoot down. Jerks!
