Two PS2 Era Grand Theft Auto Titles Heading to PS4

in gaming •  7 years ago

The Grand Theft Auto series is one of gaming's most popular franchises. Thanks to backwards compatibility and Sony's efforts to make a number of previous games available to download on PlayStation 4, gamers have been able to jump back into some of their favourite GTA games of all time.

Some of the titles we've seen make the transition from PS2 to PS4 include Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto Vice City and of course, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Now it looks like two more games will be added to the PlayStation 4.

According to a listing by the ESRB, GTA fans will soon be able to go back in time and jump into the worlds of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories are probably two of GTA's least known games and acted as spin-offs to the main game of their name sake. Thankfully, it looks like everyone will now have the chance to experience these two games.

Unfortunately, there's no release date yet for when we can expect them to come to the PlayStation Store.
