I've always known. Those who often play video games are smarter and can learn better!
If you regularly play action-based computer games, you obviously have advantages in learning. An experiment shows: Gamers grasp unknown situations faster and are better at recognizing patterns. In this way, they can generate knowledge better for certain tasks than people who do not regularly "gamble". These differences are also evident in the brain!
