Is Cliff Empire the next big survival city builder?

Cliff Empire is a survival city builder in which you are tasked with recolonizing Earth, following a nuclear war. A number of survivors live in orbit and are now capable of settling back on gigantic man-made cliffs that reach far above the radioactive fog that blankets the planet. You're going to have to not only create a thriving society, on a limited amount of surface area, but you'll also have to survive through occasional disasters which will hamper your industries for a limited time.
