To anyone who stumbles on this (4 months later, now that I am not steemit), the cancellation of this series was not the fault of BitFiend, it was my responsibility and my decision alone. Things came up and in the end I was unable to continue the series, rather abruptly so.
So if you're upset that you didn't get any more of this, blame me. I apologize for dropping the series, but I had a rather intense workload that I was unable to sustain for as long as we were planning.
