E3 Highlights!
Source
I'll assume all of us saw the conferences already, but for those who didn't or don't have the time to spare, here are the most important announcements for the most popular titles. This E3 was full of surprises and awesome games that are already on their way, here are some of them:
- Assassin's Creed: Odyssey. From the reveal trailer we can only assume it'll be set on Ancient Greece, probably taking the same steps as Assassin's Creed: Origins.
Source
- Dead or Alive 6. The fighting game at last continues with it's complexity in the fighting mechanic while improving it's graphics. We have seen two new mechanics Fatal Rush and Break Gauge which will make the competition easier for beginners.
Source
- Hitman 2. Taking all the stealthy killing into a new location. We heard the promise that IO Interactive won't release this one periodically, like the previous ones, they promise the game to have even more methods about assassinations this time around.
Source
- Sea of Solitude. EA in addition with an indie group has announced a new original game with gorgeous visuals and that unique, tasty plot that indie games normally have. I recommend you to watch the annoucement trailer.
Source
- Twin Mirror. Dontnod Entertaiment and his partner Bandai Namco are bringing a new Psychological Thriller. A man who has woken up with blood on his clothes and no memory at all will have to travel through real world and manifestations of his mind to uncover what happened that night.
Source
- Unravel Two. The sequel to the little cute platformer and puzzler. Yarny, the little wollen toy, will still be our protagonist. The Developers Coldwood said that this installment will be more "upbeat" being less puzzler and more of a challenging platformer.
Source
- Elder Scrolls 6. It has really been announced! Although it was a "simple" teaser with nothing to see but a landscape, it'll be enough to try to assume in what setting this will take place... Or maybe all Tamriel? Who knows!
Source
- Doom Eternal. Another Doom has been announced and it feels quite right. Although there were no gameplay, the developers said it will take all from the previous game and take it further, with more enemies and the Earth as it setting. Sounds really cool.
Source
- Wolfenstein: Youngblood. The sequel to Wolfensteing: The New Colossus and it'll take place on the 80s. Its main protagonist BJ Blazkowicz had twin daughters, Jessica and Sophia, and these two will be our heroes this time, working together to continue fighting the Nazi threat.
Source
- Jump Force. The crossover is back with even more crossovers! This new fighting game will include characters from Naruto, Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Death Note. Having a similar fighting system to Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm with a 3 on 3 Tag system.
Source
- Gears 5. Gears of War is back after some time. We could see some gameplay on its announcement trailer but the plot seems quite blurry still. Being in the skin of another protagonist, we set north, to the place all began, to uncover the meaning of her dreams.
Source
- The Division 2. We could not see gameplay on this one, but rather the story and the setting. This time the player will travel to Washington DC to fight enemies from within.
Source
- Just Cause 4. Rico is back again, using his gadgets and heavy weaponry to cause mayhem over all the game world. Today we'll recieve more info, in the Squarenix conference press.
Source
- Halo Infinite. We don't have much information about it rather than this new Halo game is being built in the Slipstream engine. The trailer shows a variety on biomes, then finishes off showing soldiers throwing down flares and showing the Master Chief's helmet on the side.
Source
- Cyberpunk 2077. One of the most anticipated games of the E3 this year, and yet the developers remain quite subtle about it. Although there wasn't any gameplay in this reveal, we could take a peek on the city the game's going to take place, and it looks amazing.
Source
- Fallout 76. My favorite announcement so far. This Fallout will be completely different from the others, having a focus on Online Gameplay. It's quite scary, I know, but I want to have hope. In this games, all dwellers going to be real people, fighting each other or working together for the same goal, all the players will have the power to decide the future of the game world.
Source
- Kingdom Hearts 3. My second favorite. We have already some gameplay and plot hints, but this time it was revealed its release date. We'll have the next Kingdom Hearts on January, 2019!
Source
- Devil May Cry 5. Nero is back, with shorter hair and a missing demonic arm. We'll be presented to new characters in the series as well as a Returning-from-Hell Dante!
Source
There are still a lot of games that were shown in the E3 and it will be more as the event will last until tuesday, so be on the lookout!
HERE you'll find a list of all the games that has been announced so far, and GAMESPOT also streams the conference, so stay tuned to them!

Realm Royale, the new battle royale game from Paladin's Developer is getting quite popular.
Source
Hitting 100.000 players already by this day with only 5 days of being released!
Realm Royale, the battle royale mod that was part of Paladins is now a stand alone game and it's off to a good start. It has a smooth gameplay that is being compared to Fortnite but with a different mechaninc. Instead of looking for weapons in the battlefield, you'll be searching for abilities that you'll be able to use to make your way to the number 1.
