They started getting more picky about this in California. Definitely pulling people over in some areas when they see smoke billowing out the window.

Gov. signed a law making it illegal to smoke in a motor vehicle. I suppose you might be safe still if the car is parked on private property and is not running. Careful on the streets though.

    Yea I know since the legalization, definitely make sure the keys are always out of the ignition! On private property it aint no thing ;)
