The Mad Hatters were from Annapolis, Maryland and did this Fast cover of Lulu's song in 1966. Dance like crazy to this one!
The version by Lulu is awesome too, and it's even older, from 1964. Lulu went on to star in, and sing the theme for "To Sir With Love" starring Sidney Poitier.
