I tried to get a better shot of my new plant but apparently I failed and as I lay in bed typing on my laptop I regret to inform you that I'm too lazy to go and correct the situation.
You can see that the sprout of basil is coming along nicely and has fully pushed out of the soil now. It still has it's mini-greenhouse dome on (sorry dome not pictured) and is doing better that I thought joining the garden so late.

A wider shot of the garden displaying MEGAPLANT in all it's glory. It would appear that MEGAPLANT is now getting greedy for light as it spreads it's leaves all across the garden now. I might need to do something about that once I get over this bout of laziness. Sounds like a job for tomorrow!
