Pepper is looking a bit bigger today. I really like the color of these leaves, I just think they look like the perfect green. I don't really know what a full grown pepper plant looks like but I hope it keeps these beautiful leaves.
The basils have gone wild. Seems like I'm raising the lights every day now. Maybe I could make something with a ton of basil in it as a superbowl snack. I was thinking like basil sandwiches except instead of bread it's just more basil. A healthy delicious snack.

Your pepper plant actually will look similar to your basil. A little fuller and obviously different leaf structure. It looks amazing.
Your basil definitely needs a little 'plucking.' There are several way to preserve them besides drying. I personally prefer not to dry out herbs, they lose a lot in the flavor and benefits. But making an basil infused oil or basil/garlic infused oil ...mmmmm. Sorry little bit of a passion for me I could chat for hours on this hehe.
