In another day of games and experiments with our 3D printer, we remember to print something useful to supply a small accident that happened in the garden when we were playing football. A well-aimed shot (we all think we have a Ronaldo or a Messi inside us), and the hose connector broke there.
It was then that we decided to make our own model. We looked at several sites, chose the model, adapted it to our type of tap and, behold, we managed to produce an adapter for the hose. As a complement to seal, we had to put two rubbers, and in this way, we guarantee the tightness.
It was beautiful for the children to see that we can use the resources usually dedicated to games, in creating useful solutions for everyday life.
The adapter has proven to work and its durability has been impressive. Of course the football games in the garden are over...
