Spring in the Cape is truly beautiful and despite the fact that there is a drought, my Banksia roses are in full bloom and are cascading downwards over the garden wall.

Beautiful white roses.
Is it true that white roses used as a symbol for true love? Cause my wife loves it so much. She will ask me to buy this flower instead of the red one.

What a big white rose bush! I could not grow roses in my garden, I used to have four plants. The insects ate them all up!!

Thank you. Do not give up on roses, try some of the minature roses as they are hardy and almost resistant to bugs, and they flower all through the season.
