During our last stay in Tirana Albania, I saw a lot of basil pots grown in private balconies and in front of shops. Then I came up with an idea to make a kit for kids to grow basil when I achieve $100 on steemit.
前回アルバニア滞在中に町中のいたるところでバジルが鉢で育てられているのを見て、steemit で $100 達成したら子ども向けのバジルを育てるキットを作りたいなと書きました。
As we came back to Tirana this week and I think I achieved $100 on steemit, it's a good chance to start working on it. I brought some materials along such as paper fabric, compressed soil, basil seeds etc.
またアルバニアに戻って来ることになり多分 $100 も達成して、いい機会なので紙でできた布、圧縮土、種などプロトタイピングの材料を持って来ました。
In addition to a kit for kids, I also thought about designing a kit to reuse paper cup from cafes. Once I saw shop people carried out big bags of used cups and garbages. As a small small first step, I started growing basil with a compressed soil in a espresso cup I used for my coffee time.
子ども向けのキットと合わせて考えてみたいと思っていた、コーヒーカップの再利用キットも同じ材料でできそうなので、おやつのエスプレッソカップでひと鉢育て始めてみました。
I formulate the idea a bit more this weekend and start working it on next week.
週末休んで来週子もりと仕事の合間に少し手を動かせたらと思います。

昔よく $100 達成したら○○しますという投稿を見かけたのですが、最近はそんなにで。財布があたたまった人たちからいろいろおもしろいことが起こったらいいなと思っています。

スーパーのだとそうですよね。うちでも使っていたことあるのですが、長く育てようと思うと密生していて土がスポンジみたいでうまくいかず。そんなでみなさん豪快に使い切っちゃうのかも。値段も200円ほどでパックの買うのと変わらないですし。
多分管理が楽な土にたくさん種をまいてもりもりの見栄えになるように LED がんがんあてて工場的に育てているのかなと想像します。
ただ、自分で種から育てたり、マーケットでいい苗を買って来て育てると時間はかかるものの元気に育つんですよね。そんなことも子ども（や親）が知るきっかけを作れたらいいなと思います :)
