I did not take a picture of them as I was not a Steemian yet and did not think to take one. This is only my second post here on Steemit and yes Gardening is one of those passions on my "BIG LIST" that I mentioned in my first post. I love all types of plants from Air Plants to Bonsai, Cacti etc etc ..... Did you notice that ABC ..... I notice silly little things like that all the time.

Back to my Three Little Citrus Trees..... If you have not guessed yet, today I am going to re-pot my little trees. As I said, I forgot to take a picture of them when they arrived .... the were a bit smaller than I was expecting but they looked very healthy !!! This is the box they came in and they only took up about 1/3 - 1/2 of the box.
Per the instructions I have given them a few days to stabilize before re-potting. They fit perfectly in some old Airbourne containers and I just happened to have three of them .... I also save things like containers, and little parts that fall off stuff just in case I can use for some project I am working on ... I have a few little Boxes O' Stuff in which I save these treasures ..... My wife thinks I am insane, she maybe right but look how well those Airbourne containers worked out !!! See pictures below:
I ran over to Walmart today to pick up some clay pots and some more potting soil. I purchased 3 of the 77 cent pots which are 4.25 inch in diameter and height for the Citrus trees and 2 of the $1.24 - 6 inch pots for my Amaryllis bulbs which have already produced beautiful flowers this year !! I will do another post on how I hope to re-pot the Amaryllis bulbs in the pots for next season !!!
The next step is to get a drainage layer ... some pebbles .. and the Citrus Potting Mix in the pots. I plan on starting my own compost bin this summer so I do not have to buy so much potting soil. I will post that project too !!
Give them a nice spritz, wet but not soaked and label them up ....
I will add the date I received the trees and first replanting date onto a new waterproof label and keep indoors under some plant lights for 10 - 12 hours a day until summer finally arrives here in Central, New York, USA !!!

BTW I am looking for an easy way to resize the images .... I can do it in HTML but it takes some time I will figure out how to do it easily and quickly while creating the post and create a How To for it !!! If anyone knows of a quick way please respond in the comments. I saw one way in the help files but it seems to be outdated with a new Steemit picture URL structure,
