Chillies.
Chillies have different levels of pungency which is measured in the Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) scale. It is the level of concentration of capsaicin/capsaicinoids in the chilli, the higher the number /SHU, the hotter the chilli.

Cabe mempunyai tingkat kepedasan berbeda beda, diukur dengan suatu skala yang disebut Scoville Heat Unit (SHU), yang diukur adalah konsentrasi capsaicin/capsaicinoids di dalam cabe tersebut. semakin tinggi angka SHU nya semakin pedas rasa cabe nya.

Ring of Fire. 70.000-80.000 SHU.
