Hello all,

I am back today to present my first healthy peppers on my blog - it has been a long time coming!! After a battle against bugs and heat I am really pleased to have two decent ones. I shall be picking them very soon and enjoying them in a salad.... perhaps alongside this cute little Euphya cucumber! It is my only cucumber so far, and so far so good. I am excited about these wins and inspired for the months to come in the garden.

How is your garden doing? Do link me to any new gardening posts you may have!

Hope everyone has a great end to their weekend 😄

It looks like you ha e a great garden going. What all are you growing.

Thank you :) I am growing peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon and leeks. I had more but lost them to the heat!

Sorry to hear about the heat taking out some of your crop. It’s been like that near me too. Lots of hot days called for extreme vigilance in watering.

YAY VEGGIES!!!!!
Never give up, never feel defeated, these beautiful veggies are a beautiful inspiration to all of us.
Love that the pepper has a big red heart shape to it too ❤️ That’s Gaia giving back to a soon to be Master gardener. We learn so much as we go along in gardening and doubtless you have learned plenty in your first couple of years with your fingers in the soil. That cucumber is coming along perfectly. A slight change in the Spanish weather and a little rain will see your plants going crazy with healthy growth probably... so get ready for peppers coming out of your ears! So to speak 🤣

Thanks for your words of encouragement @sallybeth23. It seems all gardeners have downfalls here and there! Fingers crossed my plants go from strength to strength now :)

Nice photography...

Hello GC!
Wow ... your veggies are looking delicious! Very well done for controlling your plant's pests and diseases with organic methods, SO much better for you and the many wonderful beneficial insects.

Upvoted and resteemed :D

Hey @icedrum! Thank you for the kind words. Indeed I only pursue organic methods of pest removal, I can't bear to use strong chemicals. I appreciate your support as always! Hope you are having a good week :)

Abrazos :D
