How to save lettuce seed!!!

Thankfully there aren't any GMO lettuce varieties (Yet,) so it's a safe bet to save the seeds from your lettuce plants!!! Most varieties, aren't hybrid either. Here are a few "Tips" I've come up with for saving and winnowing the seeds.
