Orange kunci is a kind of citrus fruits are the magnitude of sekisaran ball pimpong or golf ball. color dark green, the color with its leaves. it smells very fresh and can be consumed directly because it was very delicious though of course more acid and wry. Orange kunci ordinary also referred to as the Orange sambal, Orange China, or lime calong.
As with any other citrus fruit, orange kunci contains vitamin C which is very abundant. However, various sources say that the amount of vitamin C in the orange kunci is the largest compared to other types of citrus fruit.
Well, here I will post some pictures of the orange kunci, orange I planted in pots since the month of January, for the seed I buy from seller kunci orange seedlings in the city of Lhokseumawe.
At first glance the shape and size of an orange kunci is very similar to the orange sauce or lime (Citrus Amblicarpa), to distinguish it is the inside that is colored yellow, while white colored lime. I think the orange kunci is oranges most acid I know, the more acidic than lemon or lime (Citrus aurantifolia)
Besides being used to make a fresh drink, droplets of juice 'orange kunci' also have benefits for:
- Remove the smell the seafood.
- Strengthen the food taste like meatballs, tekwan, siomay.etc.
- Add the freshness sense of pieces of fresh fruit like papaya, pear, apples and others.
- prevent pieces of fresh fruit colored brown.
