Time to Plant Fruit Trees

in gardening •  7 years ago

This is the blooming Pomegranate.
Don't you love seeing the early blooming trees and shrubs? Whether Ornamental or Fruit bearing, here, in the Southeastern US coastal areas, late winter is usually one of the best times to plant perennial fruit trees. The Pomegranate blooms are bold with a tropical essence. The fruit is produced from the bloom much later in the year. Long appreciated for its beauty and healthy benefits of this wonderful fruit.
