Freshly picked lemonbalm from my organic garden. This year many baby seedlings have sprung up all over the place.. I like to harvest the tops meaning, cut just above second node down. This will make your plant bush out and continue to grow instead of going to flower then seed too fast.
I dry on a wicker plate and paper towel store once dried in glass jars and use in teas or bath teas. Used fresh is in water with ginger tea served cold on hot summer days is my go to summer drink. I'll add cranberry or rosehips to that combo.. and have my power energy drink.
