Hello everyone!
I'm growing microgreens, which are seedlings of edible vegetables. These baby plants are nutrient dense and contain beneficial enzymes. Microgreens can be harvested between one to three weeks after sowing the seeds. The pictures below are Russian Kale. Ones with purple stems, aren't they gorgeous? The other one is a mixture of broccoli, alfalfa, radish and clover. How do you prepare your microgreens? We love them in salads, soups, sandwiches, pizza topping and omelette. Thanks for stopping by!
Your friend,Misilla

Hi Anthony thank you very much for your support! Unfortunately, I only know of few from the Pacific Northwest through YouTube , but they don't really upload videos and are mainly viewers . I do follow John Koehler from growing your greens and calikim and both are from California. Thanks again, Misilla
