Here is a brief video on how to grow carrot stubs to save seed for next season. Using this method you can harvest carrots, eat the root and then regrow the plant to produce seed heads. This was the first video the Capt'n put together and runs a little bit too fast to easily read the information. You will need to use the pause function.

Save yourself money and improve your seed stock with minimal labour. So easy anyone can benefit from this knowledge.

Saving Carrot seeds is a rewarding and productive activity. One carrot can potentially provide enough seed to grow hundreds if not thousands of plants next season. And, by saving seed, year on year your plants will become acclimatised to your local environment meaning healthier and hardier plants.
