Baby melons

20170912_095709.jpg The neighbors ducks ate our garden lol. These started growing so we csn hope to get some watermelon. Theres 7 going.

If I was a farmer I would certainly starve to death. It's funny to think that fewer and fewer people these days know how to grow food. I'm trying to relearn the skill but I also hope I'm never have to put it into serious practice because of the economic meltdown.

We love knowing were our food comes from. Start small you'll get it.

Its obviously not going to have much edible flash, but it is almost done. How many do you have at that size?

Theres a couple that size. Then 5 that are a little smaller.

Cut it open and see, it looks just about ready
