These large, heavy wooden shipping containers were headed to the landfill. We stepped in to give them (plus a dozen or two more like them) new purpose as storage sheds on our property. We built roofs out of more discarded material, and voilà - free constructions and thousands of pounds of trash saved!

It is amazing how they do not waste anything in the garden, the good thing about wood is that it can be reusable to build many things, in your case they built with this wood these large containers that are used to store any type of reusable material too, it is fantastic What do they do. I congratulate you

wonderful photography post..
i appreciate your life..
thanks for sharing.....

I am happy they gave away these pallets to you. Considering level of beurocracy in ours, I wouldn't be surprised if they would not give away waste since people already payed for landfill delivery and all is documented.

Who could think that the final destination of the materials used would be the garbage dump? Excellent idea friends ... Greetings!

That truly is nuts that those could have ended up in landfill @gardenofeden.

I've never seen wooden crates like those before. From the title of your post I thought it was going to be able the big metal shipping containers. It seems to be all the rage to turn those into living spaces at the moment!
