These large, heavy wooden shipping containers were headed to the landfill. We stepped in to give them (plus a dozen or two more like them) new purpose as storage sheds on our property. We built roofs out of more discarded material, and voilà - free constructions and thousands of pounds of trash saved!

I am happy they gave away these pallets to you. Considering level of beurocracy in ours, I wouldn't be surprised if they would not give away waste since people already payed for landfill delivery and all is documented.
